A mobile app that is used by all internal J.B. Hunt drivers. It has over 25,000 active users. DRIVE provides drivers with the core functionality and features to complete their daily task digitally. When I started with DRIVE 3 years ago, it had a star rating on 2.56. Today, the average rating is 4.06. Below are some of the largest features we added for drivers and the processes we went through with each feature.
